Tulum

Located just 80 miles south of Cancun, Tulum is not only the largest coastal archeological site in Mexico, but also a favorite destination for adventure.

This spectacular Mayan city is a much-visited tourist attraction, but Tulum also offers white limestone beaches and clear warm waters perfect for sunbathing, swimming, horseback riding and snorkeling.

Its crystalline fresh water pools or "cenotes" attract snorkelers, divers and explorers from around the world, and there is also a variety of fine restaurants and shops, as well as hotels and beachfront houses.
