Costa Maya

Costa Maya is located along the southernmost 81 miles of the coast of Quintana Roo, just 8 miles from the cayes of Belize. Its defined boundaries are the Bay of Espiritu Santo to the north, the Caribbean Sea to the east, Belize to the south, and the Sian Ka'an Biosphere to the west.

Costa Maya is a government sponsored investment to rejuvenate the economy of the southern part of the State of Quintana Roo, and these beautiful undeveloped beaches south of Tulum will soon become a popular place to vacation.

Beachfront real estate here is relatively inexpensive, still well below the prices on the Riviera Maya to the north. But as government improvements progress —new roads and highways, fiber optics, electricity, marinas, and three airports— real estate prices will continue to rise.
